As you sit on a cozy couch and watch Netflix in the comfort of your home, hundreds and thousands of people are being deprived of their basic necessities, rights and education, being abused or trafficked. While the problem at hand seems too vast to curb, it never hurts to dream. To make the dreams come true, we must proceed with a vision wherein we must start focusing on one individual everyday, trying to make them aware of their rights and help them live a happy life. Let’s Help, our student-led non profit organisation, is back again, and this time we are expanding our family! Due to the ongoing pandemic, it is nearly impossible to indulge only in groundwork. So, we have a diverse range of volunteering opportunities for you, both online and offline, as mentioned in our forms attached below. For this month, we will be working closely with New Light, a safe home for the children of sex workers, crematorium and sanitation workers etc; we aim to spread awareness about human trafficking and rehabilitation of sex workers and the like. To join, all you need is a kind heart, the desire to spread positivity, and aim for a better tomorrow. By working together, we can not only contribute towards the betterment of the society, but also experience a transformation within ourselves. Let’s Help!
